Karen Murray Consulting is an interior decorating advisory service, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. For example, we cannot be responsible for manufacturing imperfections, mislabeled dimensions, shipping problems, late deliveries, out-of-stock items, or vendor price changes, construction issues. We cannot be responsible for confirming that suggested furniture items will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairways or fit spaces, or for inadvertent mis-measurements of suggested furnishings. Although this list is not all-inclusive, you retained Karen Murray to help you with interior decor choices, not the implementation.Karen Murray will not be responsible for the procurement or procedures of construction, manufacturing, delivery, installation, or safety in connection with your design project. Karen Murray will not be responsible for any contractor or workers omissions, quality or failure to meet schedules for your project in which we have submitted design/decorating concepts. It is the clients responsibility to contract any workers, order any products in connection with the design & decorating concepts submitted by Karen Murray.
All vendor prices, lead times, colour availability are the suppliers responsibility. All prices are approximate and may have changed since the time of quoting. It is recommended that you always confirm paint colours prior to painting. Look at the sample colours at different times of day.*All measurements to be verified by client and/or contractor prior to purchasing product.Unless otherwise stated fees are consulting services only.All drawings and plans are to be considered 'concept' only and are not for construction.
All design services are to be paid in full and are non-refundable.
